CRUISE CONTROL

The cruise control to operate cruise control are located on the steering wheel. With cruise control, you can maintain a speed of approximately 40 Km/h or more without keeping your foot on the accelerator. When cruise control is on , you will see a CRUISE LAMP on the instrument panel cluster.

SETTING CRUISE CONTROL

① Press the cruise on/off button to turn cruise control on. An indicator lamp will come on to show that the cruise control is on

② Get up the speed you want.

③ Press the SET button. The cruise lamp will display on the instrument panel cluster.

④ Remove your foot from the accelerator pedal.

RESUMING A SET CRUISE CONTROL

Suppose you set your cruise control at a desired speed and then you apply the brake. This, of course, shuts off the cruise control. But you don’t need to reset it. Once vehicle is traveling approx. 40Km/h or more, you can press RESUME button briefly to return to your desired preset speed. The cruise lamp will display again. Unless you want to go faster, do not press and hold the RESUME button.

The " AUTO CRUISE CONTROL " is shut off as follows.

① Breake pedal is pressed

② Clutch pedal(M/T) is pressed

③ Select lever is shifted to any position other than "D","3","2","1" or "L"(A/T)

④ Cancel switch is operated

⑤ Stater switch or Main switch is turned off

⑥ Fail safe function is activited

⑦ Vehicle speed is about 40 Km/h
