If CKPS signal does not input to PCM, PCM doesn’t control ignition and injection. PCM doesn’t control base of the power TR which operates ignition coil and fuel pump, injector. When vehicle is driven, Engine is stalled intermittently by poor connection of the CKPS connector. The purpose of inspection is to check connection condition of the CKPS connector.

Is CKPS connector pin`s connection condition normal?

YES

Check for harness between CKPS and PCM.

NO

Repair related harness(pin connection) or Replace the harness.
