Measure the voltage between terminal "85" of the fuel pump relay(Junction box side) and chassis ground.

If fuel pump is operated directly, fuel pump relay power circuit should be checked. The purpose of the inspection is to check fuel pump relay power circuit.
Disconnect Fuel Pump Relay.
IG "ON"
Measure the voltage between terminal "85" of the fuel pump relay(Junction box side) and chassis ground.
Probe(+): Terminal "85" of the fuel pump relay(Junction box side).
Probe(-) : chassis ground
Specification : approx. B+
Is the measured voltage within Specification?
YES
Go to "fuel pump relay control circuit Inspection" procedure.
NO
Check the Sensor1 fuse(10A).
Check the engine control relay.
Check the U/H Junction box.
