There should be continuity between the NO.1 and NO.2 terminals when power and ground are connected to the NO.3 and NO.4 terminals.

There should be to no continuity btween the NO.1 and NO.2 terminals when power is disconnected.

Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

Disconnect the blower realy connector(B).

Loosen the blower relay mounting screw and then remove the blower relay(A).

Install in the reverse order of removal.
