Check pin connections of the connection(with control harness) connector(CC01).
Ignition coil is controlled by PCM. According to CKPS/CMPS signals PCM controls the base of the power TR. Primary ignition coil(6EA) is controlled by PCM individually. Engine is not stalled by one faulty ignition coil. Therefore Ignition coil power circuit which supplies to Ignition coil #1,3,5 should be checked. The purpose of Inspection is to check Ignition coil power circuit.
IG "OFF"
Disconnect the connection(with control harness) connector(CC01).
Check pin connections of the connection(with control harness) connector(CC01).
Are pin connections of connection(with control harness) connector(CC01) and harness normal?
YES
Go to "Ignition coil fuse Inspection" procedure as below.
NO
Repair(Replace) the pin connections of connection(with control harness) connector(CC01) and harness.
IG "OFF"
Check the Ignition coil fuse(20A) on the U/H Junction box.
Check the pin connection of the U/H Junction box.
Are fuse and connection condition normal?
YES
Ignition coil power circuit is OK.
NO
Repair connection condition or Replace the fuse.
