YES
Check for open terminal "3(I/P-A)" of the I/P J/box of the between "28(UH-B) of the U/H junction box.
NO
Check for open terminal "3(I/P-A)" of the I/P J/box(burglar alarm relay) and Ignition switch.
Check the START fuse(10A).
Faulty Burglar alarm relay(I/P J/box).
Check for open terminal "9(I/P-k)" I/P J/box of the between BCM.
Faulty BCM.
