Inspect visually and shake the catalytic converter.
The purpose of the inspection is to check catalytic converter.When catalytic converter is blocked, exhaust pressure is loaded and efficiency of intake is bad and therefore poor power/acceleration could be caused.
IG "OFF"
Lift the vehicle up.
Remove catalytic converter hanger rubber
Inspect visually and shake the catalytic converter.
Is catalytic converter normal?
YES
Catalytic converter is OK.
NO
Replace the catalytic converter.
