■ Check injector resistance

IG key OFF.

2.

Disconnect injector connector.

3.

Check resistance between 'High' terminal and 'Low' terminal of 'INJECTOR' connector. (Injector component side)

Specification : 150 ~250 kΩ (20℃)

Is the measured value within specification?

▶ Go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.

▶ Replaces injector, and go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.

Replacing injectors, peculiar IQA code of each injector should be inputted to ECM.Perform this process using "INJECTOR CORRECTION" function on scan tool.

5.

IG key OFF.

6.

Disconnect ECM.

7.

Replace ECM, check if abnormal operations disappear.

8.

If problems are corrected, replace ECM.

Input injector IQA data (7 letters) and for immobilizer applied vehicle, input pin code with scan tool at replacing ECM.
