Vehicle speed is measured by the signal from Output Speed Sensor. It is installed on transmission. It's hall sensor type whose electric current is changed by magnetic variation. The sensor is composed of 2 pins which are power supply line from PCM(TCM) and signal line to PCM(TCM).
This code is set when vehicle speed is above 20km/h but output speed signal is not detected by Output speed sensor.
