Remove the sub fuel sender service cover (A).
Release the residual pressure in fuel line (Refer to “Release Residual Pressure in Fuel Line” in this group).
Remove the rear seat (Refer to “Seat” in BD group).
Remove the sub fuel sender service cover (A).
Disconnect sub fuel sender connector (A).
Disconnect the suction tube quick-connector (B).
Remove the plate cover (C) by using the special service tool [SST No.: 09310-3P100], and then remove the sub fuel sender from the fuel tank.
Installation is reverse of removal.
Sub fuel sender plate cover tightening:
58.9 ~ 68.7 N.m (6.0 ~ 7.0 kgf.m, 43.4 ~ 50.6 lb-ft)
Be careful of sub fuel sender direction when installing (Refer to the groove in the fuel tank).
