Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the battery (-) cable.

Disconnect the EGR cooler bypass solenoid valve connector (A).

Disconnect the vacuum hose (B) from the EGR cooler bypass solenoid valve.

Remove the valve (C) after removing the installation bolt.
