Component Inspection

■ Check A/C relay coil resistance

IG key OFF.

Disconnect 'A/C RELAY'.

Check resistance between 'SNSR 3 FUSE 10A' (85) terminal and 'A/C relay control (86)' terminal of 'A/C RELAY' harness connector. (Measurement 1)

Specification : 75 ~ 85 Ω (20℃)

Supplies random 12V power to 'SNSR 3 FUSE 10A' (85) terminal and ground to 'A/C relay control' (86) terminal ('A/C RELAY' component side).

Check resistance between 'A/CON FUSE 10A' (30) terminal and 'A/C COMPRESSOR' (87) terminal of 'A/C RELAY' component side. (Measurement 2)

Specification :

When power is supplied : Continuity (Below 1.0Ω)

When power is not supplied : Infinite (∞ Ω)

Is the measured value within specification?

	▶ Go to "Component Inspection" procedure.
	▶ Replaces A/C RELAY, and go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.

☞ Repeat this process 2~3 times.
