Component Inspection

■ Check ACV motor coil resistance

IG key OFF.

Disconnect ACV connector.

Check resistance between 'Motor (+)' terminal and 'Motor (-)' terminal of ACV connector. (ACV component side)

Specification : 28 Ω (20℃)

Connect ACV actuator

Connect one probe of oscilloscope to 'Motor (+)' terminal of ACV connector. (ACV component side)

Connect another probe of oscilloscope to 'Motor (-)' terminal of ACV connector. (ACV component side)

Monitor the signal waveform when IG key ON --> OFF.

Fig.1) Signal when Key "ON" → "OFF"

※ Opne and close repeats 3times for ACV position learning when IG key OFF and engine coolant temperature is over 70℃.

Is the measured value within specification?

	▶ Go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.
	▶ Replaces ACV, and go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.
