Disconnect ACV from vehicle.
IG key ON.
Check if ACV is stuck using actuation test function of scan tool.
If it is not work well or stuck, replace ACV and go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.
IG key OFF.
Disconnect ACV connector.
Check resistance between 'Motor (+)' terminal and 'Motor (-)' terminal of ACV connector. (ACV component side)
Specification : 28 Ω (20℃)
Is the measured value within specification?

IG key OFF.
Disconnect ACV connector.
Check resistance between 'Supply' terminal and 'F/B Ground' terminal of ACV. (ACV component side)
Specification : approx. 6.9 kΩ (20℃)
※ Red probe --> motor (+), black probe --> (-), In case of opposite, the resistance is not reliable (4MΩ detected)
Is the measured value within specification?

Engine ON.
Connect one probe of oscilloscope to 'Motor (+)' terminal of ACV connector. (ACV component side)
Connect another probe of oscilloscope to 'Motor (-)' terminal of ACV connector.(ACV component side)
Monitor the signal waveform at idle and during acceleration over 3000rpm.
Warm the engine up. (engine temperature over 70℃)
Connect one probe of oscilloscope to 'signal' terminal of ACV connector. (ACV component side)
IG key "OFF" when the engine coolant temperature is above 70℃.
Monitor the signal waveform of learning right after IG key "OFF".
