To remove the quarter inner panel, remove the back panel (Refer to the back panel repair procedures).
To remove the quarter inner panel, remove the quarter outer panel (Refer to the quarter panel repair procedures).
To remove the quarter inner panel, drill out all spotwelds attaching the rear combination & extension panel assembly.
Remove the rear combination & extension panel assembly.
To remove the quarter inner panel, drill out all spotwelds attaching the side sill outer rear reinforcement.
Remove the side sill outer rear reinforcement.
Drill out spotwelds and MIG plug welds, MIG lap welds attaching the quarter inner panel.
Remove the quarter inner panel.
Measure and mark the cutline on the rear floor side rear member.
Cut the rear floor side rear member along the cutline.
When cutting the rear floor side rear member, take care not to cut through the mating flanges or the rear floor panel.
Drill out all spotwelds attaching the rear floor side rear member.
Remove the rear floor side rear member.
Straighten all flanges as necessary, prepare all surfaces to be welded.
After removing, apply the welding primer.
Measure and mark the cutline on the new rear floor side rear member. Cut the new rear floor side rear member along the cutline.
Drill the holes in the flange of the replacement new rear floor side rear member for MIG plug welding.
Measure each measurement point (Refer to the Body Dimensions) and correct the installation position.
After applying epoxy adhesive, fit and clamp the new rear floor side rear member in place for welding.
Spot weld and MIG plug weld all holes, MIG butt weld the seam.
If spot welding is impossible, MIG plug weld all holes.
Apply epoxy adhesive to the weld points of new panel or body panel.
Be sure to use the recommended epoxy adhesive below.
Epoxy adhesive : 3M(PN8115), Henkel(Terokal 5055) or equivalent.
Clean and prepare all welds, remove all residues.
After removing, apply the welding primer.
Drill the holes in the flange of the replacement new quarter inner panel for MIG plug welding.
Measure each measurement point (Refer to the Body Dimensions) and correct the installation position.
After applying epoxy adhesive, fit and clamp the new quarter inner panel in place.
Spot weld and MIG plug weld all holes, MIG lap weld the seam.
If spot welding is impossible, MIG plug weld all holes.
Apply epoxy adhesive to the weld points of new panel or body panel.

If spot welding is impossible, MIG plug weld all holes.
Apply epoxy adhesive to the weld points of new panel or body panel.

Clean and prepare all welds, remove all residues.
After removing, apply the welding primer.
Install the quarter outer panel (Refer to the quarter panel repair procedures).
Install the back panel (Refer to the back panel repair procedures).
Clean and prepare all welds, and remove all residues.
Apply an anti-corrosion agent as required (Refer to the Corrosion Protection).
Prepare exterior surfaces for priming, using wax and grease remover.
Apply the correct seam sealer to all joints carefully (Refer to the Body Sealing Locations).
