Ignition "OFF"
Disconnect mode actuator and A/C control Module main harness connector.
Connect (+) terminal of battery to DEF(+) of mode actuator and (-) terminal to VENT(-) .(Component side)
Verify that the mode actuator operates to the DEF position.
Verify that the mode actuator operates to the VENT position with reverse connecting.(VENT(+) and DEF(-) ) .(Component side)
Specification : Refer the specifications in Fig.1)

Is "Door position" display near the specified value?
 | ▶ Check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage. Repair or replace as necessary and then go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure. |
 | ▶ Substitute with a known-good mode actuator and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace mode actuator and then go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure. |
