With performing Actuation test, check that the value of each position sensors are changing.
Specification :Recirculation : About 90%, Fresh : About 10%.
Vehicle Parked & Ignition ON.
Connect Scantool and select "Data Analysis" mode.
Select "Intake Potentiometer " parameter on the "Current Data" with scantool
Select "Actuation Test" for " Air Inlet Mode Selection - Reculation /Fresh in order.
With performing Actuation test, check that the value of each position sensors are changing.

Does the value of current data follow in accordance with the each actuation test ?
 | ▶ Fault is intermittent caused by poor contact in the sensor’s and/or Control module’s connector or was repaired and Control module’s memory was not cleared. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage. ▶ Repair or replace as necessary and then, go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure. |
