After connecting GDS, check DTC on the GDS.

Using GDS, Erase the DTCs.

Using a GDS, Check DTC present.

Is the same DTC shown?

▶ Check for improper installation of SRSCM. If NG, repair as necessary and then go to "Verification of vehicle Repair" procedure.

▶ Substitute with a known-good SRSCM and check for proper operation. If problem is corrected, replace SRSCM and then go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.

※ In a case of replacing the SRSCM, follow the replacement procedure of the DTC B1620(Internal fault-Replace SRSCM) of the SRSCM and then perform "longitudinal G sensor Calibration" in “Vehicle S/W Management” menu of the GDS. (refer to C128504)

▶ Fault is intermittent caused by poor connection in IMU(SRSCM) harness or faulty IMU(SRSCM). Go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.
