Are any DTCs present ?
 | ▶ Go to step 1 of the component inspection, and disconnect another ECU's connector which is connected to CAN Bus in step 5. ▶ Repeat above step until test completed on all ECU in CAN bus. ▶ If DTC is present after above test, substitute with a known-good MDPS and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace MDPS and then go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure. note ※ In a case of replacing the MDPS, perform "Steering Angle Sensor Calibration" in “Vehicle S/W Management” menu of the GDS. |
 | ▶ Fault is intermittent caused by faulty HECU, faulty Steering Angle Sensor. Go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure. |
