Many malfunctions in the electrical system are caused by poor harness(es) and terminals. Faults can also be caused by interference from other electrical systems, and mechanical or chemical damage.
Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage.

Disconnect (-) terminal of the battery.
Disconnect "SMART JUNCTION BLOCK"(SJB) connector, "REAR COMBINATION LAMP (IN) RH" and "REAR COMBINATION LAMP (OUT) RH" connector.
Measure the resistance between "REAR COMBINATION LAMP (IN) RH" terminal of SJB harness connector and chassis ground.
Measure the resistance between "REAR COMBINATION LAMP (OUT) RH" terminal of SJB harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification : Infinity(∞)
Is the measured resistance within specification?
