Remove the mounting bolt (B), and then remove the sensor from the surge tank.
Connect a GDS on Data Link Connector (DLC).
Check MAPS output voltage at idle and IG ON.

Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the battery negative (-) terminal.
Remove the resonator and the air intake hose.
(Refer to Engine Mechanical System - "ETC (Electronic Throttle control) System")
Remove the ETC module.
(Refer to Engine Control System - "ETC")
Disconnect the manifold absolute pressure sensor connector (A).
Remove the mounting bolt (B), and then remove the sensor from the surge tank.
Install the component with the specified torques.
Note that internal damage may occur when the component is dropped. In this case, use it after inspecting.

Install in the reverse order of removal.
Manifold absolute pressure sensor mounting bolt :
9.8 ~ 11.8 N.m (1.0 ~ 1.2 kgf.m, 7.2 ~ 8.7 lb-ft)
