Put on gloves to protect your hands.
When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver or use a prying trim tool, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
Use a plastic panel removal tool to remove interior trim pieces to protect from marring the surface.
Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.
Remove the front seat assembly.

Remove the front seat shield outer cover.
(Refer to Front Seat - "Front Seat Shield Outer Cover")
Remove the front seat shield inner cover.
(Refer to Front Seat - "Front Seat Shield Inner Cover")
Push the lock pin (B), remove the front seat headrest (A).
Remove the front seat lower protector (A).
Disconnect the front seat lower connector (A).
Turn the front seat back cover inside out. Then pull out the headrest guides (A) while pinching the upper part of the guides, and remove them.
Remove the front seat back cover (A) from the front seat back frame.
After removing the hog-ring (A) on the front of seat back and remove the front seat back cover (B).
Install in the reverse order of removal.
Make sure that the connectors are connected completely.
Replace any damaged clips (or pin-type retainers).
To prevent wrinkles, make sure that the cover (B) is stretched evenly before connecting the hog-ring clips (A).
Replace the hog-ring clips with new ones using special tool (C) (09880-4F000).
