he Side Impact sensor(SIS) assy circuit consists of the diagnosis circuit and lateral deceleration sensor,etc It receive signals from the lateral deceleration sensor,judges whether or not the SRS must be activated, and dects diagnosis system mulfunction.The center frenquency of the acceleration data 12KHz. The advanced restraint control module averages 12 acceleration samples to yield an effective communication rate of 6KHz.
DTC B1410 is recorded when occurrence of a communication error between Side Impact Sensor and SRSCM due to malfunction in the system.
