Diesel fuel could not be atomized well by carbon deposit in the injector nozzle, abnormal preheating system and poor fuel quality.
If diesel fuel could not be atomized well at cold start, Poor acceleration and engine hesitation can occurs.
Case 1 : In case of abnormal preheating system,
Go to "Preheating system inspection" procedure.
Case 2 : In case of carbon deposit in the injector nozzle,
Go to "Injector cleaning inspection" procedure.
Case 3 : In case that there is no problem in the case 1 and 2.
Go to "Poor fuel quality inspection" procedure.
Go to "Engine hesitation at cold start inspection" procedure.
Case 4 : In case of abnormal engine speed and engine hesitation at outside temperature below 5℃ and ECTS below 70℃.
Go to "Engine compression test inspection" procedure.
