The purpose of the inspection is to analyze poor power/acceleration after checking MAF current data in various vehicle condition and load condition.
Engine "ON" and warm up the engine until cooling fan is operated.
Connect a scanner to Data Link Connector (DLC).
Check current data.
Specification :
Idle : Approx. 0.62V (12.0 kg/h)
Stall test in D Range : Approx. 3.3V
This current data is nothing but an example at certain condition. Thus, the real current data and waveform could different from this example.
Is MAFS current data normal?
YES
MAFS is OK.
NO
Check the related harness or Replace the MAF sensor.
