Inspect viually and shake the catalytic converter.
When catalytic converter is blocked, exhaust pressure is loaded and efficency of intake is bad and therefore engine hesitation occurs.

Lift the vehicle up.
Remove catalytic converter hanger rubber
Inspect viually and shake the catalytic converter.
Is catalytic converter normal?
YES
Catalytic converter is OK.
NO
Replace the catalytic converter.
