Regulator valve (CRT-1020), regulator valve adaptor (CRT-1023)

1) CRT-1020 : CRT-1020 has a relief valve for 1200 bar inside and is used in relieving the rail pressure from the high pressure fuel pump.

2) CRT-1023 : It is used with CRT-1020 together and reduces the screw thread of the regurator valve to M12.

Plug for M12 (for CRT-1021 ) , Plug for M14 (for CRT-1022 )

- It is used in keeping the common rail system sealed after removing the high pressure pipe of injrector.

Flask & holder (CRT-1030)

- These are used in measuring the fuel quantity of injector back leak and collecting the draining fuel in connection with transparent tube.

Adaptor for injector return hose,4ea (CRT-1032)

- These are used in connecting transparent hose to injector returning line with transparent tube.

Plug for injector return hose (CRT-1033)

- It is used in clogging the return hose of injector which was disconnected when back leak testing.

Dust cap (CRT-1035)

- It is used in protecting fuel line from foreign material when removing high pressure pipe.

Gauge for high pressure (CRT-1040)

- It is used in measuring the pressure of common rail system with adaptor of rail pressure sensor.

Adptor for rail pressure sensor (CRT-1041 for Delphi system), CRT-1042 (Delphi system-new version),CRT-1043 (Bosch system)

- It is used in connecting the high pressure gauge to rail pressure sensor attached on common rail system.

Valve cable for rail pressure control (CRT-1044)

- It is used in actuating the rail pressure controller and fuel pressure controller by force.

Vacuum gauge for lower pressure line (CRT-1050)

- It is used in measuring the pressure (vacuum) of low pressure line in induction type fuel pump on lower side (A-engine,U-engine,Delphi system)

Gauge for low pressure (CRT-1051)

- It is used in measuring the positive pressure of low pressure line in elctric motor type fuel pump on lower side.

Gauge tube (CRT-1052)

- It is used in measuring the pressure of low fuel pressure line with vacuum gauge for lower pressure line (CRT-1050) and gauge for low pressure (CRT-1051)

Gauge adaptor( CRT-1053 ), Connecting hose for gauge adaptor ( CRT-1054 ), Fuel filter plug ( CRT-1055 )

1) Gauge adaptor : It is used in connecting the gauge tube (CRT-1052) to fuel line of coupling type.

2) Connecting hose for gauge adaptor : It is used in connecting gauge tube (CRT-1053) to fuel line of hose type.

3) Fuel filter plug : It is used in clogging the fuel line of gauge tube (CRT-1054).

Controller dummy for rail pressure (a resister)

- It is used in testing the high pressure fuel system after disconnecting the connector of rail pressure controller.

- It is connected to where the connector of rail pressure controller is disconnected so as not ECM to detect the malfunction.
