Check the PCSV (whether PCSV is stuck or not) with current data.(PCSV is not operated at idling)
If PCSV is stuck(opened always), fuel is provided to a combustion chamber through PCSV when vehicle is driven. Therefore engine stalling is caused by rich air/fuel mixture. The purpose of inspection is checking the PCSV stuck(opened always).
Engine "ON"
Connect a scantool to Data Link Connector(DLC).
Check the PCSV (whether PCSV is stuck or not) with current data.(PCSV is not operated at idling)
Is the PCSV current data normal?
YES
PCSV is OK.
NO
Replace the PCSV after checking the PCSV stuck(opened always) as note.

If PCSV is stuck(opened always), rich air/fuel mixture is provided. ECM reduces fuel injecting and closes ISCA for target RPM. Finally MAF is decreased by decreasing intake air.
