In case of the vehicle installed ESP & TCS(ABC CONTROL MODULE), ABS control module sends the wheel speed signal to 4WD(ECU) by CAN comunication after ABS control module recieves the wheel speed signal.
This failure code is related to the TCCU communication line between ECU and 4WD(ECU) and is set if there is no input signal to TCCU.
