Is resistance display near the specified value?
YES
Substitute with a known-good "TCCU" and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace "TCCU" and then go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.
NO
Substitute with a known-good "Speed Sensor" and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace "Speed Sensor" and then go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.
