Measure the voltage between terminal "8" of the "C24-2" of PCM/TCM harness connector and chassis ground.

Specification : Approx. B+
Ignition "ON" Engine "OFF".
Disonnect the "C24-2" of PCM/TCM connector
Measure the voltage between terminal "8" of the "C24-2" of PCM/TCM harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification : Approx. B+
Is voltage within specifications?
YES
Fault is intermittent caused by poor contact in the sensor’s and/or TCM(PCM)’s connector or was repaired and TCM(PCM) memory was not cleared.And Go to Component Inspection procedure.
NO
Check the Fuse37-10A is installed or not blown.
Check for open in harness. Repair as necessary and Go to "Verification Vehicle Repair" procedure
