If the deicer switch is pressed again, or if the ignition is switched OFF during this time, deicer output is OFF.

While operating the components, check whether the operations are normal as shown in the timing chart.
After ALT "L" ON, if the deicer is switched ON, the deicer output is ON for 20 minutes duration.
