The A/C Control Module receives the A/C Pressure Transducer (APT) Sensor input from the PCM through CAN lines. If the pressure reading is low the A/C Control Unit will shut off the A/C Compressor until the pressure is within range.
DTC B1672 will set if APT signal has not been received through the CAN line.
