CAN communication is circuit, consists of CAN low line, CAN high line and two resister, installed in Cluster and PCM, to communicate with each control module(PCM, EPS, TPMS, ESC).
DTC C1616 is set when EPS(MDPS=Motor Driving Power Steering) CM detects CAN communication error.
