Connect scantool with diagnostic connector.

Check that there is DTC on the ECM or cluster side.

If there is any DTC on the ECM or cluster side and confirm that it is erasable.

If no DTC, there is any DTC on the ESC(ESP) side and confirm that it is erasable.

If no DTC, Select "vehicle speed" parameter on the Current data with GDS.

Check vehicle speed signal is changeable together with vehicle speed changes.

M / T vehicles, the vehicle speed sensor to determine whether the normal operation.

■ Check vehicle speed signal is changeable together with vehicle speed changes.

Is the vehicle speed signal normal ?

	▶ Go to Next procedure.
	▶ Check vehicle speed sensor, circuit, or related component. Repair or replace as necessary and then, go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.
