Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the center fascia garnish (A).
Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the center fascia garnish (A).
Disconnect 3 connectors (A/C switch, Hazard switch and defroster switch) - General.
Disconnect 3 connectors.(Front deicer switch, Hazard switch, Rear defroster switch) - Russia
Using an ohmmeter, inspect the continuity between the terminals.
