Many malfunctions in the electrical system are caused by poor harness and terminals. Faults can also be caused by interference from other electrical systems, and mechanical or chemical damage.
Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage.
Has a problem been found?

IG KEY "OFF".
Disconnect Main relay and Key "ON".
Measure the voltage between Power from battery(30) terminal of main relay harness connector and chassis ground.
Measure the voltage between Power from battery(86) terminal of main relay harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification : B+
Is the measured voltage within specification ?

IG KEY "OFF".
Disconnect main relay and ECM connector.
Measure the resistance between Relay control terminal of main relay harness connector and ECM harness connector.
Specification : Approx 1Ω
Is the measured resistance within specification ?

IG KEY "OFF".
Disconnect main relay and ECM connector.
Measure the resistance between Power to component terminal of main relay harness connector and ECM harness connector.
Specification : Approx 1Ω
Is the measured resistance within specification ?
