1.

Ignition "OFF".

2.

Remove "TRANSAXLE RANGE SWITCH".

3.

Measure the resistance between each teminal of the sensor.

Specification : Approx. 0 Ω (refer to the "TABLE" as below)

Is resistance within specifications ?

▶ Substitute with a known-good PCM/TCM and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace PCM/TCM and then go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.

▶ Replace "TRANSAXLE RANGE SWITCH" as necessary and Go to "Verification Vehicle Repair" procedure.
