Monitor GDS Data
■ Check Actuation Test
1.

Vehicle Parked & Ignition ON.

2.

Connect GDS and select "Data Analysis" mode.

3.

Select "Direction Potention-Driver" parameter on the "Current Data" with GDS.

4.

Select and perform "Actuation Test" Driver Mode Door - Vent / Floor / Defrost in order.

5.

Check that the value of all the parameters are changed when performing the actuation test.

Specification :Vent - About below 10%, Floor : About 50%, Defrost : About 90%.

6.

Does the value of current data follow in accordance with the each actuation test ?

▶ Fault is intermittent caused by poor contact in the sensor’s and/or Control module’s connector or was repaired and Control module’s memory was not cleared. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage.

▶ Repair or replace as necessary and then, go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.

▶ Go to " Wiring Inspection " procedure.
