Disconnect the battery negative cable from the battery and then wait for at least 30 seconds.

Remove the crash pad.

(Refer to Body - "Crash Pad")

Remove the crash pad side switch assembly (A).

Disconnect the heated steering switch connector (A).

Check the continuity between the switch terminals as heated steering switch switch is engaged.

Install in the reverse order of removal.
