1.
Remove the clamp and disconnect the return hose (A) & suction hose (B).
Drain the power steering fluid.
Remove the clamp and disconnect the return hose (A) & suction hose (B).
Drain the power steering fluid.
loosen the reservior tank mounting bolt & nut and then remove it.
Tightening torque :
6.8 ~ 10.8 N.m (0.7 ~ 1.1 kgf.m, 5.1 ~ 7.9 lb-ft)
Install in the reverse order of removal.
Remove the clamp and disconnect the suction hose (A) and then drain the power steering fluid.
Loosen the mounting bolts and then remove the suction hose.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
Remove the clamp and disconnect the return hose (A) and then drain the power steering fluid.
Loosen the pressure pipe bolt (A) and hose bracket holt (B).
Tightening torque
(A) : 53.9 ~ 63.7 N.m (5.5 ~ 6.5 kgf.m, 39.7 ~ 47.0 lb-ft)
(B) : 6.8 ~ 10.8 N.m (0.7 ~ 1.1 kgf.m, 5.1 ~ 7.9 lb-ft)
Raise the vehicle, and make sure it is securely supported.
Loosen the nut (A) and then remove the pressure hose.
Tightening torque
(A) : 11.7 ~ 17.7 N.m (1.2 ~ 1.8 kgf.m, 8.7 ~ 13.0 lb-ft)
Install in the reverse order of removal.
Remove the clamp and disconnect the return hose (A) and then drain the power steering fluid.
Loosen the tube bracket bolt.
Tightening torque :
6.8 ~ 10.8 N.m (0.7 ~ 1.1 kgf.m, 5.1 ~ 7.9 lb-ft)
Raise the vehicle, and make sure it is securely supported.
Remove the hose clamp and then separate the return hose & tube.
Loosen the mounting bolt (A) & (B) and then remove the protector (C).
Tightening torque :
6.8 ~ 10.8 N.m (0.7 ~ 1.1 kgf.m, 5.1 ~ 7.9 lb-ft)
Loosen the nut (A) from the housing and then remove the return hose & tube.
Tightening torque
(A) : 11.7 ~ 17.7 N.m (1.2 ~ 1.8 kgf.m, 8.7 ~ 13.0 lb-ft)
Install in the reverse order of removal.
When installing, be sure to connect between hose to tube using a clamp as shown in the illustration.
Check all clamps for deterioration or deformation; replace with the clamps new one if necessary.
Add the recommended power steering fluid and bleed the power steering system.
