Turn ignition on and measure voltage between terminal(7/C34-1) to chassis ground

Specification : Remain stable at battery voltage
Ignition "OFF"
Disconnect ECM connector(C23-1,2,3,4)
Turn ignition on and measure voltage between terminal(7/C34-1) to chassis ground
Specification : Remain stable at battery voltage
Are circuits remaining stable at battery voltage?
YES
Test with a new ECM and check for proper operation. If problem is corrected, replace ECM and go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure
NO
If voltage fluctuates, check circuit Thoroughly for loose, bent or corroded terminals, Repair as necessary and go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure
