Disconnect ISCA connector.
Measure resistance between terminals 3 and 2 of the ISCA connectorC14
Measure resistance between terminals 2 and 1 of the ISCA connectorC14.

Terminal 3 and 2 Approx.10.5 ~ 14Ω(20℃(68℉))
Terminal 2 and 1 aproxx.10 ~ 12.5Ω(20℃(68℉))
Is the ISCA normal?
YES
Go to "Check TPS" procedure.
NO
Repair or replace it.Then go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.
IG KEY : ON, Engine : OFF
Disconnect the hose leading from the PCSV to the intake manifold at PCSV.
Apply a vacuum at the nipple and verify that the PCSV holds vacuum.
IG KEY: ON and ground terminal 1 of the PCSV connector (should hear a faint click from PCSV).
Vacuum should be released.
Repeat this procedure 4 or 5 times to ensure PCSV reliability.
Is PCSV working properly?
YES
Go to "Check TPS" procedure.
NO
Repair or replace it.Then go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.
IG KEY : ON, Engine : ON
While pressing the accelerator pedal slowly, check that the signal value goes on increasing simultaneously.
[Specification] 0.3 ~ 1.0 V(At idle)
Is the TPS’s signal normal?
YES
Go to "Check Accelerator Cable" procedure.
NO
Repair or replace it.Then go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.
IG KEY : OFF, Engine : OFF
Check the free play of the accelerator cable.
[Specification] 1.0 ~ 3.0mm(0.04 ~ 0.12 in)
Is the free play within specification?
YES
Go to "System Inspection" procedure.
NO
Readjust it. Then go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.
