Apply a coating of solvent, spindle oil or gasoline to the injector O-ring.
Install a new grommet and O-ring to the injector.
Apply a coating of solvent, spindle oil or gasoline to the injector O-ring.
While turning the injector left and right, install it onto the delivery pipe.
Be sure the injector turns smoothly.
If injector does not turn smoothly, the O-ring may be jammed. Remove the injector and re-insert it into the delivery pipe and re-check.
Install the fuel vapor hose and return hoses.
If the fuel line has a stepped section, connect the fuel hose to the line securely, as shown in the illustration.
If the fuel line does not have a stepped section, connect the fuel hose to the line securely.
Install the fuel pump assembly and tighten the fuel pump installation screws.
