1.
Install the intake manifold and new gasket to the specified torque.

Bolt : 15 - 20 Nm (150 - 120 kg.cm, 11 - 14 lb.ft) |
Nut : 30 - 42 Nm (300 - 420 kg.cm, 22 - 30 lb.ft) |
Install the intake manifold and new gasket to the specified torque.

Install the delivery pipe and injector assembly to the intake manifold.
Make certain that there is no interferences between the injectors and injector ports on the intake manifold.
Install the surge tank stay.
Connect the fuel injector connector and wiring harness and then install the cover.
Connect the high pressure hoses.
Connect the vacuum hoses.

18 - 25 Nm (180 - 250 kg.cm, 13 - 18 lb.ft) |
Connect the PCV valve and brake boost hoses.
Install the air breather hose.
Install the accelerator cable.
