BASIC INSPECTION

Before performing the inspection of glow relay, make sure that the follwing items :

① ECM fuse (40A)

② ECM fuse No.1 (20A) and ECM fuse No.1,2 (20A)

CHECK PROCEDURE

1. Relay test (Normally-open type A)

① Remove the main relay and there should be the continuity between the terminal 1 and the terminal 5 when power and ground are connected to the terminal 2 and the terminal 4.

② There should be no continuity between the terminal 1 and the terminal 5 when power is disconnected.
