Measure resistance each terminal of the ATM CONTROL RELAY

Turn ignition switch to OFF and disconnect the ATM CONTROL RELAY connector
Measure resistance each terminal of the ATM CONTROL RELAY

Is resistance with in specification?
YES
Go to "PCM Inspection" of the "Component Inspection" procedure
NO
Replace ATM CONTROL RELAY
Turn ignition switch to ON and disconnect ATM CONTROL RELAY harness connector
Measure voltage between terminal 2 of the ATM CONTROL RELAY harness connector and chassis ground
Specification : 12v is measured for 0.6 sec.
Is 12V measured for 0.6 sec?
YES
Go to Verification of Vehicle Repair
NO
Replace PCM and Go to Verification of Vehicle Repair
