Replace DAMPER CLUTCH SOLENOID VALVE(If it is impossible to replace parts, REPLACE A/T ass’y)
Turn Ignition switch to ON position and connect SCANTOOL.
Select A/T Solenoide valve Actuator test and Do Actuator test.
Can you hear operating tone for using DCCSV Actuator Testing Function ?
YES
Go to "Conmponent Inspection" procedure.
NO
Replace DAMPER CLUTCH SOLENOID VALVE(If it is impossible to replace parts, REPLACE A/T ass’y)
After liftIing a car and Install Oil pressure guage to DR port.
After connecting Scantool and monitor the "DAMPER CLUTCH SOLENIOD VALVE DUTY" parameter on the Scantool data list.
Waiting for DCCSV DUTY is 0% when output speed is over 1000rpm, after making DCCSV DUTY over 80% of 4th gear
When Engine RPM is 2500, DCCSV DUTY is 0% , Is oil pressure value approx. 6.1kg/cm2 ?
YES
Repair DAMPER CLUTCH(REPLACE Torque Converter ) and Go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair " procedure.
NO
Replace A/T ass’y (possible to BODY CONTROL VALVE faulty) and Go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair " procedure.
