Remove the quarter trim and the rear pillar trim.

Remove the nuts holding the quarter fixed glass.

Remove the quarter fixed glass.

Using a knife or the special tool (09861-31200), scrape the old sealant smoothly to a thickness of about 2mm (0.08in.)

Clean the body bonding surface with a sponge dampened in alcohol or grease remover.

Apply primer to the body bonding surface.

Clean the surface of quarter fixed glass and then apply primer.

Apply sealant to the quarter fixed glass.

Fasten a dual lock fastener to the quarter panel.

Install the quarter fixed glass.
