Measure resistance between terminal 1 and 2 of the PCSV connectorC26.
[Specification] Approx. 24 ~ 28Ω(20℃)
Check that the ground voltage is less than approx. 0.3V(①) and the surge voltage(②) is between 40 V and 60 V in the PCSV’s signal waveform.
Is the PCSV normal?
YES
PCSV is OK.
Possibility of defective ECM. Temporarily test with a new ECM and check for proper operation.
If problem is corrected, replace ECM and go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.
NO
Repair or replace it.Then go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.
